No, you don’t have to participate in art! I have many clients that stick to talk therapy.

What is my therapist’s role in the therapy process?

I believe in letting you know exactly what is going on through the entire therapeutic process, so you will never be in the dark about my intentions or the direction you are going. I am especially effective at helping you deconstruct and examine your role in existing issues. Whatever the problem, we will develop practical, everyday skills and tools to help make you a more mindful, self-aware person.
