Meditation and Art Group

This is an open group that meets on Thursdays from 5:15-6: 30 pm. You will participate in a guided meditation, followed by art making and sharing. This is an excellent group for self-care, self-exploration, and creation. Registration is required. Call or email to sign up.

Life Coaching

Not everyone needs or wants therapy. Coaching is a proactive process designed to help you achieve the results you want. Rather than looking at past trauma, coaching is forward-thinking and goal-oriented, focused on identifying and breaking old patterns of behavior and retraining the mind and body to embrace positive, constructive habits.

Meditation

Swing by at noon on Fridays for 45 minutes of mindfulness and meditation. We will discuss the hows and whys of mindfulness followed by a guided meditation. Please call to register. All levels welcome.
