Meditation and Art Group

This is an open group that meets every third Thursday of the month from 5:15-6:30 pm. You will participate in a guided meditation, followed by art making and sharing. This is an excellent group for self-care, self-exploration, and creation. Registration is required. Call or email to sign up.
