To describe my shadow-self is to say I’m weighted down at times. We all are.
Each of us carries a bag of worries, heavy … like stones.
If we don’t reset and relieve ourselves of the weight from time to time,
the bag of rocks becomes unbearable.
That’s when we either drop weight or flee.
How many rocks can you drop today?
